 If you are on our membership there will be a recurring monthly charge to your account and I will need to give a 30 DAY NOTICE to cancel ANY of my classes. I will give this required written notice by submitting a 30 DAY NOTICE TERMINATION FORM at https://share.hsforms.com/1w6EAg_C-RjGttc782U_QxA35hnr

Withdrawal 30 Day Notice – If dropping a class membership or private lesson membership at Volta Dance Studio,  we require a 30 day written notice by email prior to the first day of the next month of classes in order to discontinue the billing. In the event that this is not received, your account will continue to be billed and no refunds will be issued. If you attend any portion of the month, you are responsible for paying a full month’s tuition.

– There is no refund on package dance lessons. (You can receive studio credit)

– There is no refund on prepaid classes/passes after the session has started.

– Private dance lessons must be canceled via phone call  within 24 hours of your scheduled lesson time.

– Dance Lessons that are canceled less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will be billed and are non-refundable.

– If we are able to fill your canceled slot then we will be happy to waive the cancellation fee
